Evelyn has always been drawn to quiet places, empty stations, forgotten roads, the kind of silence that seems to preserve her breath One night late she reaches a deserted train station, its platform dimly lit and strangely still. An older educated stands ready, his carriages dark and silent, but not pretty empty of hook or crook. Discarded luggage sits on seats, photographs scatter on the floor, tickets, looking comfortably where they left off, as passengers clearly walk away for a second, never again.Driven by way of curiosity, Evelyn stages learning and begins to offfevolved exploration through its shadowy vehicles. With each discovery, she collectively shares pieces of the train\'s forgotten beyond, extraordinary clues often about passengers who have mysteriously disappeared.
