Busy Day

Daniel has been working at this restaurant long enough to understand that a busy day requires training, patience and a calm head. He\'s ready for the whole thing, or so he thinks. When he and his team arrive just before furnishing the neighborhood, they find menus stacked inside the wrong places, plates scattered in the dining room and kitchen tools hidden in unexpected corners Michael, almost happy and short on his toes, sees a tray balanced on a shelf that shouldn’t be there at all. Sophie, ready and sharp, notices that the outside terrace elements have been placed around as well.The dining area is a maze of misplaced appliances, and the clock is ticking. The three of them work together, watching the kitchen, storage areas, or even the entrance, uncovering misplaced menus, serving trays, and some forgotten possessions the night before each discovery brings them towards having the whole thing in order before the first customers walk through the door.What starts out as a busy morning becomes an active hunt, filled with laughter, teamwork, and the satisfaction of equipping the restaurant for one very busy day Some days are just memorable, and this one shapes up as much as just that.
