Riverbend Village runs on gears, pipes and water wheels, until the water suddenly stops. Clever inventor Felix Copperfield units out to find the nuisance. From the riverbank to the vintage watermill, to his unusual renovation under the bridge, he searches for forgotten tools, missing parts and mechanical clues before the village grinds to a halt can he repair the equipment and repair the water?
